At bellaTec, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and clothing labels must be attached.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:
  1. Contact our customer service team at [your contact email] with your order number to initiate a return.
  2. Pack your items securely and include the original packing slip.
  3. Ship the return package to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:
  • If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Please email admin@bellatec.com for exchanges. All exchange shipping costs should be covered by the purchaser.

Refunds:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@bellatec.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

At bellaTec, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and timely shipping. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Time:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:
  • Standard and Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Spend $350 or more to qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions:
  • We currently ship within the United States Only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or lost in transit, please contact our support team at admin@bellatec.com for assistance.
